EFT (TAPPING)

ONLINE | ONE-TO-ONE

From soothing the physical and psychological effects of grief to relieving migraine symptoms, EFT (or tapping) alleviates stress and allows you the space to live more freely.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an energy psychology technique through which we calm our stress response system (the amygdala) by tapping gently on the body’s meridian points. In turn, this restores balance to our nervous system.

In these powerful one-to-one online sessions, I’ll work closely with you to locate the source of your symptoms and to address the emotions surrounding them. Then, by tapping together, we calm and release the hold they have over your nervous system, helping you to move forward with your life with the tools you’ll need to get through the tough moments.

EFT can be valuable in relieving many emotional or physical issues, including: high adrenaline and cortisol production, high blood pressure and heart rate, depression, grief, chronic pain, weight loss and/or weight gain, and giving up smoking.

Please note that EFT is not a replacement for traditional medicine. If you have a persistent issue then please consult a DR. EFT can help to alleviate the symptoms and help you to find clarity around finding a solution. It should not be used as a medicine to treat illness.

  • You will tap yourself on 7 points on the upper torso of the body. I will lead you through the process, so no need to remember them all.

  • The phrases and words will arise from a conversation we’ll have about your presenting issue. At the end of the session I may introduce some positive phrases which may resonate with your progress. However, your own words are most empowering.

  • I will assess your progress throughout the session, taking into account whether the symptoms are easing or getting stronger. To do this, I’ll use either a 1-10 or rainbow scale.
